- Health Data – Monitor various metrics including steps, exercise, sleep, heart rate, calorie consumption, SpO2 levels, stress levels, skin temperature, ambient sound, VO2 max, weight, menstrual cycle, and distance effortlessly.
- Trend – See how your health data changes over time to help you adjust your fitness plan accordingly.
- Wellness Management, Achievements and My Family – Track your sleep, improve running performance, and manage weight effortlessly. Earn awards and receive weekly reports on achievements.
